What we do
Madsen Quality Consulting works with all aspects of building and maintaining quality management systems. We support management teams on quality processes, improvements and measures.
We support you in working with the QA tools, such as complaint, NCR and CAPA handling.
We perform audits, both internal and at supplier. Also we support you on preparing, excecuting and follow-up on 3rd party audits.
